WIN A DISHWASHER PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotion Overview:

The Kitchen Connection Win A Dishwasher competition is intended for participation by Queensland and New South Wales residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. This competition is a sweepstake by nature and is governed by the laws of Queensland. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorses, administered or associated with Facebook.

 Promotion Description:

 The competition will begin on Tuesday 8 August, 2016 and ends on Friday 9 September at 11.00pm. By entering this competition, the entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules and the decisions of the promoter, Kitchen Connection.

Kitchen Connection reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition if conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.

The Prize:

One (1) grand prize of a Westinghouse WSF6606X dishwasher valued at $830 will be awarded. There will be no delivery of the prize.  The prize must be collected from a Kitchen Connection showroom in either Queensland or New South Wales.

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.   No prize substitutes will be offered.

Eligibility:

Only legal residents of Queensland and New South Wales who are 18 years and over are eligible to enter. Staff, suppliers and associates of KWB Group are not eligible to enter.

How To Enter:

To enter online, visit the Kitchen Connection Facebook page or competition URL and follow the three steps to enter. Enter your email address, click the like box and click to share with your friends on Facebook.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and/or email address.

Entries become the exclusive property of Kitchen Connection. Entry must be made by the entrant using the entrant’s email address during the Promotion. Entries made by any other individual or any entity and/or originating at any other website or email address, Including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for the competition. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.

Kitchen Connection reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, disqualify and/or remove any entry that violates these Official Rules without any notification or warning.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be drawn at random at 11am on Monday 13 September, 2016. Kitchen Connection will notify the winner via email using the email address provided at the time of entry. If the selected winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within two (2) business days after the date of the drawing or after two (2) attempts to contact the entrant, then Kitchen Connection reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant selected from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until the prize is awarded and officially accepted.

Kitchen Connection will take no responsibility and denies any legal liability for an winner notification that is not received for any reason.

General Opt In Nature Of This Competition:

By entering your email address, you are consenting to the transfer of that information from the entry form to Kitchen Connection. This information may be used to send you emails and notifications of future competitions and offers. You may unsubscribe from receiving emails once you receive email from Kitchen Connection at any time.

Disputes:

By entering this competition, you knowingly and expressly waive all rights to seek damages in relation to this competition. Once the competition prize has been awarded, no further correspondence relating to the competition, the process or entry or the awarding of the prize will be entered into.
